Registration of Assessors, Moderators, Facilitators and RPL Advisors
The QCTO requires that Assessors, Moderators, Facilitators and RPL Advisors are registered with the relevant Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) body. The registration of these ETD Practitioners forms a part of the quality assurance process designed to ensure the credibility of the assessment system. This function has been delegated to the relevant QAC bodies by the QCTO and for the Energy and Water sector it is the EWSETA
The process requires that applications to be registered as an assessor, moderator, facilitator or RPL Advisor be sent to EWSETA for evaluation against the requirements as set out in the QCTO Regulations.
