EWSETA has issued guidance for learners, Skills Development Providers and host employers on the management of stipend payment queries and escalations relating to EWSETA-funded programmes.
The statement explains the dedicated learner query channel, the verification and governance requirements that apply before payments can be approved, and the responsibilities of providers in supporting compliant and timely programme implementation.
Learners with stipend payment queries should email stipendqueries@ewseta.org.za and provide their full name, learner Identification number, programme name, Skills Development Provider, host employer, the period of the outstanding stipend and relevant supporting information.
