EWSETA Establishes Dedicated Platform to Address Trade Test Queries
In a concerted effort to address the high number of queries regarding Trade Test applications and the backlog of Trade Test certificates, the EWSETA has created a dedicated platform to manage the process.
The issue of Trade Test Certificates is a process that involves a number of parties and bottlenecks at any one or more of the stages is common.
The EWSETA urges artisans who have completed artisan training and who have passed their trade test, but who have not received their certificates, to send details to the EWSETA’s Trade Test reports and certification team at Tradetestreports@ewseta.org.za. In addition, the EWSETA invites trainees eligible for their Trade Test, but who have not successfully been able to apply to do their Trade Test, to send a mail to the Trade Test applications team at Tradetestapplications@ewseta.org.za
The EWSETA knows and understands that many learners are frustrated with the delays and backlogs and will try and assist as much as possible to engage with the relevant responsible parties on behalf of learners.
